Chen Lifa Performs Chen Style Tai Chi Sword
Chen Lifa performs a beautiful Sword Form from the Chen style of Tai Chi Chuan. Born in 1949, Chen Lifa is one of the family members from the Chen Family Village who is highy skilled and teaches the family art. Chen Lifa learned the Chen style from his father, Chen Fulai. His grandfather was Chen Shensan.
Chen Lifa studied the Old style, Xiaojia Small Frame Chen Tai Chi Chuan from some of his other family members: Chen Liqing, Chen Kexin, and Chen Lixian. The Chen family has such a rich and deep history of practicing and teaching their family’s art of Tai Chi Chuan. It is inspiring to see more of the family members come into public view!
Below is an instructional DVD on the Chen style Tai Chi Chuan Sword. It is taught by Chen Xiaowang, one of the most prominent figures in modern Chen Family Tai Chi Chuan.
