Cheng Man Ching – 37 Movement Tai Chi Chuan

Cheng Man Ching (1902 – 1975) demonstrates the 37-Movement Tai Chi Chuan. Cheng created the shortened form from his knowledge of the Traditional Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan. Cheng Man Ching learned Traditional Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan from Yang Cheng Fu, the famous 3rd generation Yang Family master.

Cheng Man Ching moved to Taiwan in 1949 where he taught Tai Chi to well known students such as William C.C. Chen, T.T. Liang, Benjamen Lo, and others.
