Zhai RongJi Performs Fu Family Tai Chi Chuan

Zhai RongJi (1931-2005) demonstrates the 88 movement form of the Fu style Tai Chi Chuan in 1992 when he was 60 years old. Zhai Rongji was a disciple of the the style’s founder, Fu ZhenSong.

Fu ZhenSong created the Fu style by using the Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan as a basic foundation, and then added elements of Chen Style and Sun Tai Chi Chuan, along with those of Baguazhang. Fu Zhensong was also famous for his Tai Chi Spear and Sword, as well as his proficiency in Xing Yi.

Below is a DVD by Victor Shenglong Fu, who is the grandson of Fu Wing Fei. Victor Fu created this a Fu style healing exercise called Golden Form Tai Chi, a method which he calls a revolutionary approach to learning authentic Tai Chi.
