Tashi performs the Saber form from the traditional Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan. Tashi was a student of Zhao Bin, who was a disciple of the famous Yang Cheng Fu.
Tashi became a disciple of Zhao Bin, and in 1986 she came in 2nd place in the first National Yang Style Tai Chi Competition. After the death of Zhao Bin, she furthered her studies in Yang Tai Chi Chuan with Fu Zhong Wen, Yang Zhen Ji, and Yang Zhen Dou.
