This cute little 7 year old girl demonstrates her Chen style Tai Chi Chuan in Kowloon Park in Hong Kong. My understanding is that she is from Heilongjiang, and was in Hong Kong for a martial arts competition.

It is truly inspiring to see young children training in tai chi Chuan. It takes a lot of discipline and concentration for a child to get to the level of performance that this little girl has. Maybe there should be a program is schools to teach Tai Chi to kids. It would probably  reflect better grades and behavior in the classroom.
