Chen Lifa performs an amazing Spear Form from the Chen style of Tai Chi Chuan. Chen Lifa was born into the Chen Family Village in 1949, and is one of the individuals who has become highly skilled family’s martial art. From an early age Chen Lifa was taught the Chen style from his father, Chen Fulai. His grandfather was Chen Shensan.

Chen Lifa was also taught the Old style, Xiaojia Small Frame Chen Tai Chi Chuan from family members Chen Lixian, Chen Liqing, and Chen Kexin. The Chen family has such a rich and deep history of practicing and teaching their family’s art of Tai Chi Chuan. It is inspiring to see more of the family members come into public view!
