In this video we see Tai Chi Chuan expert Wang Xian demonstrate several martial techniques from the Chen style of Tai Chi Chuan. He effortlessly shows how effective these techniques can be when used properly.

Wang Xian is a 19th generation lineage holder of the Chen family style of Tai Chi Chuan. He was a disciple of Chen Zhao Kui. Wang Xian, along with Zhu Tiancai, Chen Xiaowang, and Chen Zhenlei are known as the Four Tigers of the Chen Village.
