(James) Fu Qing Quan Performs the Yang 28 Form
(James) Fu Qing Quan performs the Yang 28 Form from the Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan. He is a 6th generation lineage master of the Yang family Tai Chi Chuan. His father, Fu Sheng Yuan, was the son of the famous Fu Zhong Wen. (James) Fu Qing Quan started learning the Yang Family style of Tai Chi Chuan at an early age from his grandfather Fu Zhong Wen, a senior disciple of Yang Cheng Fu, and a member of the Yang Family by marriage.
This video was filmed during the demonstration at the Fu Zhong Wen Memorial International Championship in December of 2013. The Authentic Yang Tai Chi Chuan 28 Form is a summary of the original 85 movement form that Fu Zhong Wen learned from Yang Cheng Fu. It was created Fu Sheng Yuan to be performed in competitions, festivals and meetings of Tai Chi Chuan.
(James) Fu Qing Quan dedication and hard work has helped spread the Yang Family style of Tai Chi Chuan that his family has learned around the globe. For many years he helped his father in teaching seminars and workshops in places such as India, Australia, and Japan. (James) Fu Qing Quan has now taken the responsibility of traveling around the world, teaching and spreading knowledge of the Traditional Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan.
Below is an excellent book which was written by Fu Zhong Wen and translated by Louis Swaim. It is Fu’s teachings of the Yang family style of Tai Chi and is a must for the Yang style practitioner, or for that matter any serious enthusiast of Tai Chi Chuan!
