Chen Bing demonstrates the Laojia Erlu Paochui of the Chen Family style of Tai Chi Chuan. This is known as the Old Form Cannon Fist of the Chen style of Tai Chi. Chen Bing is a 20th generation master of the Chen family and a direct descendant of Chen Wangting who was the founder of the Chen Family Tai Chi Chuan. He is the nephew of Chen Xiaowang.

Chen Bing began learning Tai Chi Chuan at an early age of 5-years-old from his uncles Chen Xiaowang and Chen Xiaoxing. In Chenjiagou, Henan there is Chen Bing’s School where he teaches the family art of Tai Chi Chuan. He has also teaches seminars and workshops in the United States, Great Britain, and Europe. Chen Bing has taken much determination and pride to help spread his family’s art of Chen Tai Chi Chuan to students around the world.
