Chen Zhenglei demonstrates the traditional Chen style of Tai Chi Chuan. Chen Zhenglei is a 19th Generation master of the Chen style of Tai Chi Chuan, and  an 11th generation direct-line inheritor of the family style. He began training in Tai Chi Chuan under his uncle Chen Zhaopi at the young age of eight years old. When he was older, he also learned more from his other uncle Chen Zhaokui.

This video was filmed on June 1st, 2016 during a joint celebration of the Chinese Wushu & Taichi Academy’s 20th Anniversary & the closing ceremony of “The Light of Taichi” summer camp at the University of Washington.

Chen Zhenglei is an exceptional teacher of the Chen Family style of Tai Chi Chuan. He started teaching his family’s art in 1972, and now has students all across the globe. Chen Zhenglei has also produced instructional DVDs and several books on the Chen style of Tai Chi Chuan.
