Seniors Learning Tai Chi Video

In this video we get to hear and see seniors participate in a tai chi class at the Raritan Township Senior Center. Learning and practicing Tai Chi is such a benefit to seniors in many ways! Their lives are enriched by being healthier with better balance, flexibility, vitality, and social interaction with the other seniors they are practicing Tai Chi with!

Traditional Tai Chi Chuan is made up of the civil and the martial. This video is an example of how wonderful the civil side of Tai Chi is. It is marvelous to hear how Tai Chi has impacted these seniors lives.

Below is a good DVD for seniors. It is produced by David-Dorian Ross and is aimed for people over 60 years of age wanted to stay fit by practicing Tai Chi.
